The last rent payment to John Bennett the landlord of 4 Hill Villas was made 6th December 1902. The family had found a flat in Richmond Street Barnsbury and arranged for the local Chelmsford removals firm Wenley & Son to move their household effects.
The last rent payment to John Bennett the landlord of 4 Hill Villas was made 6th December 1902. The family had found a flat in Richmond Street Barnsbury and arranged for the local Chelmsford removals firm Wenley & Son to move their household effects.
They
had moved into their new home by Christmas 1902. Wenley's charged a total
of £10-17s-6d for the move. The Musgrove's quarterly rent at Broomfield
was £3-5s-0d which had now changed to £2-2s-0d which was
paid to Mr Rogers who also lived at 4 Richmond Street.
